"Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

"I don’t know where to begin. I’ll start with the thing that hit us first…. The smell of cannabis! The whole house stunk of canabis! We opened all the upstairs windows & it made no difference. "The property is in need of decoration, and maybe a new front door ? For the price, we expected a lot better. Don’t like the idea of a security camera pointing right at you in the back garden (and I don’t believe it has anything to do with security) Paying a fee for a deep clean ?
