"Stayed in one of the family rooms in the separate building - a bunk bed downstairs and queen upstairs with en-suite. Room was clean, well-appointed and worked well to get the kids to sleep allowing adults to relax upstairs. Room service menu and quality of food were excellent. Spa and internal and external pool were great, but strict kids hours in the internal pool meant we actually had to swim/play in sub zero temperatures - which was not ideal and quite rude. "Stayed 2 nights, loved everything. The check in, guy took us to our room..the room, beautiful, spotlessly clean, room 34 perfect. Parking on site...fantastic. Walk into town about 10 mins, so easy. Great view of River Avon and Cathedral from deck. Can't recommend this place enough...do stay there. "
