"Absolutely beautiful place with great food and gorgeous beaches and pools. Staff was great but the online check-in was absolutely horrible and took over 30 minutes to do for only my wife and I. We had to consistently rely on the staff to help us navigate their online check-in app. Would be much easier and faster if the staff could just do this rather than forcing people to try and use their application. "

"Bom resort. Preço caro pelo produto . Não percebi nada muito especial. Achei o local largado e precisando de um paisagismo ou reforma. Me pareceu descuidado. Comida gostosa. Esperava mais entretenimento a noite e só tinham voz e violão tocando as mesmas músicas repetidamente. Acho que faltou um toque especial. O resort tem potencial. "All in all very good experience thus there is really missing maintenance all over, when it started raining it was raining in on the bathroom, as well as the parking lot was ober floated, a lot of places in the room the paint is pealing of, the bathtube was out of order, at the pool area a lot of the wood is either comming loose or just missing paint/oil, all the chairs is pealing or rusty, the food was good and it is vary calm in the area."

"O hotel está sem manutenção. No chalé, quando choveu, entrava água até pelas paredes, deixando tudo alagado. Quando a cama foi tirada tinha um enorme formigueiro embaixo do colchão. O banheiro estava entupido. A comida é boa, porem bem cara. Fomos embora antes do dia marcado, porque pra completar a desgraça, faltou energia à noite e ficamos num calor infernal. Fomos relaxar e saímos de lá super irritados. Nunca mais volto. "
