This fully equipped, Pet Friendly, Ski-In/short walk to Ski-Out condo with a PRIVATE Sauna is in an excellent location only steps up the road from the Village at Big White Ski Resort and sleeps 6 total.
Located in the Tamarack Building. Just walk out the door and head right down the road in between The Globe and Sam's Pub to enter the Village and access all of the other amenities. If you're hitting the slopes you can walk through the Village to hop on the to ski down the Hummingbird run or hop on the Bullet Express chair.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the unit(s) or building(s). Failure to abide by this rule could lead to a $1,000 fine if evidence is found in the unit upon check-out.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon.
No parties or events of any kind are permitted on or within the premises unless agreed upon.
No additional sound equipment of any kind may be used at or within the premises
The number, type and size of pets will not exceed the Pet Policy in the listing description.
Any noise related, parking related or other strata related fines deemed to be the cause of the guest(s) will be deducted from the damage deposit.
The parking stipulations listed in the Listing Description and Check In Instructions document will be adhered to.
If applicable please watch for the snow removal crew and move your vehicle(s) out of the way so that they can clear the parking area.
If you notice any problems or damage to the property upon your arrival, please notify us immediately.
The cost of any excessive cleaning, including removal of garbage & recycling (charged at a rate of $45/hour) as well as any damage deemed to be caused by the guest(s) will be deducted from the damage deposit.
If after your stay we discover that the hot tub has been contaminated enough to require a water change, then you will be charged $150, which will be deducted from your damage deposit.
All garbage & recycling must be removed from the unit and taken to either the designated bins in the building (if available) or the Big White Transfer Station.
