Loved the location close to the village and of course Snow Shoe Sams. The gas fireplace gave us a bit of problems but then worked the 2nd day. The unit was clean and suited our family of 7 well.

This property was in the absolute perfect location!! Just steps from the village, shops, and lifts. My family and I come to Big White frequently, and this place is a must! We had a bit of trouble checking in and getting our code to work, but Vacasa staff was responsive and very helpful!

Comfortable. Up 3 flights of stairs. Good spot right across/view of village with some mountain views. Good ski in/ski out onto Perfection. Suite was not cleaned properly. Management/customer service to rectify was excellent but/and after I suggested/requested further assistance. Was prompt, friendly and thorough.

Convenient location
Hot tub wasn’t working when we first checked in, but call to property manager and they quickly responded and had it working within 24hrs. Good location steps to the village. Garage wasn’t big enough to fit our Toyota Tundra, so had to park at Happy Valley for $20/day. Fit 6 adults and two kids comfortably.

Great location. Great service.
The condo is right beside the village. Super easy access to everything you need. Pizza/donairs availble just downstairs. The loft has its own tv/sitting area. Close access to ski/in-out (whether from Perfection run & Ridge Rocket on one side or the Village and Plaza chair on the other side). Friendly staff are located in the Vacasa office in the building. We would gladly book again.

Best Possible Location!
Being so close to the village was ideal. Skiing from there was so easy. And walking into the village for activities was perfect. The condo was very clean. Hot tub got nice and hot. No complaints! We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
