Fantastic Big White condo

This property was in the absolute perfect location!! Just steps from the village, shops, and lifts. My family and I come to Big White frequently, and this place is a must! We had a bit of trouble checking in and getting our code to work, but Vacasa staff was responsive and very helpful!

Loved the location close to the village and of course Snow Shoe Sams. The gas fireplace gave us a bit of problems but then worked the 2nd day. The unit was clean and suited our family of 7 well.

The place was great!
The place was a great place to stay in except the garage is too small for the cars. The parking is kinda hard tk find in summer season. They have a good place to park but you'll be the only one parking in that huge parking area. Its also a little bit far from where you're staying. There's no way to contact the staff from their office. We only met her once in our 3 days stay. When we needed something we had to call their call center. All in all We love the place!!

Trapper’s Crossing #38
The condo was spotless and well-equipped, perfect for a family stay. The only hiccup we encountered was that the garage door couldn’t close as our double-cab pickup was too long for the space. Vacasa stepped up to the plate very quickly, though, and organized for us to park in the underground parking garage instead. We don’t hesitate to recommend Vacasa and would definitely book with them again.

Comfortable. Up 3 flights of stairs. Good spot right across/view of village with some mountain views. Good ski in/ski out onto Perfection. Suite was not cleaned properly. Management/customer service to rectify was excellent but/and after I suggested/requested further assistance. Was prompt, friendly and thorough.

Hot tub wasn’t working when we first checked in, but call to property manager and they quickly responded and had it working within 24hrs. Good location steps to the village. Garage wasn’t big enough to fit our Toyota Tundra, so had to park at Happy Valley for $20/day. Fit 6 adults and two kids comfortably.

Great location. Great service.
The condo is right beside the village. Super easy access to everything you need. Pizza/donairs availble just downstairs. The loft has its own tv/sitting area. Close access to ski/in-out (whether from Perfection run & Ridge Rocket on one side or the Village and Plaza chair on the other side). Friendly staff are located in the Vacasa office in the building. We would gladly book again.

Great location!
This is a nice condo, clean and right in the village! Ski in/out as well which is perfect. Condo was clean. My only suggestion is better pots and pans would be nice. And the kitchen wasn’t stocked at all like most vacation rentals we have used. Maybe include in the kitchen supplies some Saran Wrap, foil and spices. We bought coffee filters and some coffee and left those for the next renters.

Excellent place to stay on the mountain! You can’t beat the location and the view. The condo was very spacious with more than enough room for 7 of us plus our dog. Unit was very clean as always with Vacasa. The dishwasher was broken which was unfortunate to have to hand wash our dishes the whole time. The unit could benefit from a few updates like a new stove, new blinds on the windows and new shower heads. The worst is the tracks of all the windows are super gross and black with mould - they need a massive cleaning. But overall, we’d stay here again.

Being so close to the village was ideal. Skiing from there was so easy. And walking into the village for activities was perfect. The condo was very clean. Hot tub got nice and hot. No complaints! We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location - great place
The location is amazing - so close to the village and a pizza shop downstairs! Private garage was also very nice. The views in the morning were fantastic. We will stay here again for sure!
