"The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good, one of the best in my opinion. The hot breakfast sandwiches were excellent. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room, a suite, was large enough for the five of us and very comfortable. The only detractor during our stay for us was the pool area. The pool was cold, having been overfilled which made it unusable for our stay, but that was the only disappointment. We would stay here again. "

"I love the welcoming greeting on the tv screen, it makes me feel special not just a GUEST! The front dest staff are so professional and friendly. I could do the online reguster but that is so cold and uninviting. Nothing can replace the warmth of a friendly smile and repore from tge front desk staff. They were able to suggest restaurants they had actually ate at and tge taste of the foods outsude of reviews that are most likely from elderly or dissatisfied customers "

"Great Stay. Recommend highly for people with small dogs. Got a room next to the back exit where the dog walk was and where I could park my truck and not have to walk my dog through the lobby, she is small and sometimes barks at people. This is my new stop from visiting my son in NC on my way back to Chicago, Mark, Naperville"

"No soap! No Kleenex! No shampoo! No cups! No hangers for our coats! No hand towels! No bath mats! There was a table top ironing board but no iron! The hotel is non-smoking and we were also told that at check in. Our floor was FULL of cigarette smoke. You could smell it in our room. We wouldn’t have used the kitchen area but there was NOTHING other than a garbage can. "

"Front desk employee was unfortunately a disappointment - when asked about recommended locales in the area, she was incredibly dismissive, which was a real turn off. In addition, they were unable to provide linens for the in room sofa bed. Aside from that, facility was clean and enjoyable."

"Easy access, near mall, Dayton, and Clifton Mill. Great game room, tranquility room and hot tub. Very nice stay! "

"Overall the house is great. The beds are comfortable . The hot tub I did not use due to the water inside it being green.. yuck!! The water supply in the house has a very strong smell.. I’m guessing it’s well water.. not sure if there’s much that can be done to improve that. When doing a load of laundry be aware the dryer timer is broken.. the dryer does not turn off on it’s own it will just keep running forever. Also would have been nice to have a toaster."
