We had made two separate reservation due to changing travel plans which we call ahead two days before to ensure we wouldnt have to move rooms mid stay. The front desk staff on checkin could not comprehend this simple request. The guest behind me had booked a cot 4 weeks earlier and they were force to have their teenager couch surf as that request was not honored despite it being paid for "
