Charming vacation home with swimming pool

House, near the beaches (2km), and 10 mins by car from the sites: Dinard, St Briac, Saint Malo

The house has a large terrace ideal for a pleasant moment with friends or family
it is very bright and its living room open to the dining room and the kitchen will bring you a very beautiful living space.

You can go to different beaches by bike with bike paths right in front of the house !!

1 equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (master suite with king size bed and a bathroom), at the bottom of the living room a laundry area with washing machine, dryer and toilet.

1st floor: 2 very large bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bath and double sinks.

For the BEBES: cot and high chair on request.
