The back yard was a great place to relax and unwind and there was plenty of table space to all enjoy meals together. I would recommend that before doing laundry be sure to check that the drain pipe from the washer is placed in the shower. The location worked well for us to make short trips to visit Geneva, Annecy and Chillion castle!"

"A characterful house with a good big garden and a super location a short walk to the lovely beach at St Jorioz and also close to a practical town with useful services. Lovely to sit on the small balcony outside the kitchen window while someone else is cooking. This kitchen is small - as shown on the site - but worked out fine for our party of 10 as long as everyone is not in the kitchen at once. "The place is perfect and Carlos and his wife very nice and ensuring that everything’s perfect for us. We traveled during the Christmas holiday and a Christmas tree was setup in the chalet for us. "Phillip and Charlotte were the perfect hosts, there when needed but otherwise left us to enjoy the property, which, I have top say is first class. lots of room, plenty of equipment, dishes, pans etc. The rear garden was where we spent most of our evenings, there were 6 of us, motorcyclists, we cooked or BBQ'd every night and bought beer, wine from the local shop and relaxed and chatted about the ride we had undertaken during the day.
