Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located duplex next to St. Elizabeth hospital and down the road from the H.W.C. Wellness Center, who have exciting and engaging after school programs for kids.

This home is pet friendly and walking distance to good eats and shopping. Make sure you check out my foodie guide for local joints that hit the spot ;)

This duplex is located in the historic district. This area is locally called old Beaumont. Beautifully designed homes reside along Long Street. There is an old museum that was converted into a home off 9th st and Evalon. And the historic McFaddin-Ward House Museum further back on 3rd.

With keyless access to your unit, you will no longer have to worry about fumbling around for keys. The laundry room is accessible to both units and resides in the detached structure behind the home.

Welcome to Unit A, your Southern Comfort Oasis. Access to the unit is on the back of the building with your own entry door marked “A”.
This is a 2 bedroom and 1 bath unit, 1229sqft, with a shared detached laundry room in the back. You have keyless entry access upon arrival and security cameras in the front in back of the home for peace of mind. This home is equipped with high speed internet and enough space to sleep 4-6 guests.

Designated Unit A parking is the LEFT side of the driveway. For additional parking, hook a left and park in the back yard of the home on the grass. There is also street parking.

Trash is on Tuesday’s. Make sure you or the other unit guests bring out the trashcan on Monday evening.
