"What a delightful hotel. The rooms were modern, stylish, clean as a whistle and well equipped. The building is equally stylish and well maintained. "When we booked this place we spent months excited about it and talking about how cool it would be. And then we got there and it lived up to all of our hopes and more! We stayed for a month and never got tired of the amazing view from the castle to the grounds and from the grounds to the castle. We spent hours hiking in the woods and playing kickball on the main lawn. The kitchen is huge and had everything we needed. "Easy secured parking. Friendly staff. Beds are very comfortable so meeting my need as basically we just want a comfy sleep for a stopover stay. Some improvement can be made for in-room facilities like kettle, so at least we can get some hot water to drink in winter time without going all the way to the reception just for a cup of hot water."

"I love the ambience, kind staff. The pool staff was a bit aloof and didnt start the sauna's on time and I had to ask and they forgot to turn one of them on , (which wouldnt have mattered but I only had an hour and it was the reason I came) It is quite far from the train station and quite a pricey uber/ cab drive (38 euros from trouville station) but it is well worth it for the spa vibe and the beautiful floral decor around the hotel. "Great hotel, shame about the trucks pumping loud music in next doors carpark all night. Didn’t get much sleep, shame the hotel security didn’t ask them to stop. Otherwise a decent hotel for the price."

"Looked freshly painted walls. Floor not nice, needed replacing, badly cracked sink, chipped bath, curtain needed extra hanging clips, rock hard bed and 2 tiny uncomfortable pillows. Glad to restart our journey. Wouldn,t book again or recommend."

"We had a wonderful week at Stella and Bob's property. The house was well equipped and set in beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Our children loved the table tennis, badminton net, football goal and swings & slide! Our hosts were very helpful and friendly and we hope to return in the future."

"There were 10 of us. Dining area was large and accommodating. Lounge area only had enough seating for 7. Not enough lounges and cushions in the garden area. Indoor pool was the most used area, great for the kids. Very quiet and peaceful."

"Clean comfortable bed. Nice hot shower. Elevator to 3rd floor. Very accommodating staff. However coming back at night is a little disconcerting since everything is dark. People in another room screaming so difficult to sleep. Breakfast was perfect. Location was perfect. Carpet not so clean but otherwise room was very nice. "

Blissfully, beautiful location

"A wonderful, peaceful location with beautiful gardens. Perfect for easy access to charming local towns, villages and the beautiful Normandy coastline. The accommodation was very cosy and comfortable (especially the bed) with everything we needed. David and Tricia were the perfect hosts - on hand to share their extensive local knowledge and offer plenty of excellent recommendations of where to eat and visit. Thank you both for making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable - we would love to return in the future."

Charming holiday in peaceful location

"We had a wonderful holiday. The location is in idilic countryside and farmland. There are sheep, cows and pigs all close by. We liked our visits to nearby Conches and Everaux. We were very happy to make a trip to Paris from here in order to see the Olympic football. Our son loved the pool which was kept beautifully. What a wonderful holiday. Thank you."

Great stay in quiet country town

"Wonderful cottage-like accommodations. The host and owner was incredibly helpful and kind. Rooms were a decent size, clean and comfortable. The host served a lovely breakfast in the communal kitchen. No air conditioning. "
