"Amaël and Ida were wonderful hosts who provided clear instructions for check in and were available throughout our stay. We had misread the listing and did not realize there was no air conditioning. This was in no way the owners fault, as it is clearly listed, but we were surprised and it made for an uncomfortable stay in a heat wave. "To say our stay was riddled with problems would be an understatement. The problems began before we arrived when we realised that from the nearest metro station we would have to climb either 14 flights of stairs or walk up a large hill - all with suitcases. While the ad mentions the “heights” of Old Lyon, there is no mention of the accessibility issues in reaching the apartment. When you finally reach the building, there are 3 more staircases through a dilapidated building to reach the flat....
