"The problem is maintenance and the toilet door at no 55 came off the rail so it fell while in the toilet. Water frm shower falks onto the outside floor as rubbers is wearing out. Bed was two single ones put together and not a double bed for a couple."

"It was a fantastic reception by the ladies, who were willing to help and ensure our stay met all our expectations. The clean room and bathroom were immediately noticed. They also informed us where the nearest restaurant was as we arrived late after their facilities were closed."

"We loved our stay here. It was a great stopping point after doing Karoo National Park. It was clean and a piece of paradise. There were giraffes, impalas, countless birds and large tortoises throughout the property. You could walk anywhere on site and we felt very safe. We stayed in Chalet 2 and it had great beds, WiFi, AC in the room, hot shower and a stove top. We enjoyed this place and will be back! "

"All good except the breakfast. It is not on site you get a voucher to go elsewhere. With the Covid I thought this was not right as we weren't informed of this beforehand. We specifically chose a place that included breakfast so that we did not have to go out in Beaufort West. We had to take a takeaway breakfast delivered to us from the place called 4 Sheep and it was disgusting and cold. If you stay there DO NOT include breakfast. "

"Always welcoming and friendly staff. The chalet is clean and well equipped. We love the peace and tranquillity after a long day on the road. This was our 4th stay and won't be our last. "

"I was initially impressed, which soon changed to utter disappointment. Check-in was very easy. The proprietor/manager eventually told me there was a problem - but it was between him and Expedia and not for me to worry - he would care for it. We were served a very nice, hot breakfast the morning of departure and then presented with a request for an additional payment of 43% more than what Expedia advertised as the total cost of the room! This was allegedly because of the age of our children,...
