Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and hairdryer, and for entertainment, a Smart TV, DVD player, CD player and WiFi. Stairgate, cot and two highchairs available. Outside there is an enclosed, multi-level garden with lawn, patio, furniture and a shed, and a private driveway. Ben linen, towels, and a starter pack for woodburning stove are included in the price. One well-behaved small pet welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 2.9 miles and a pub in 2.5 miles. Rocklands House is a wonderful base for exploring County Kerry. Note: There are steps in the garden.
