This beautiful two bedroom townhome is perfect for anyone coming to their Marine graduation, business, traveling nurses, PCS orders or if you're just visiting Beaufort. This home is located 4.3 miles from Parris Island and 4 miles from Downtown Bay Street. Centrally located to all things Beaufort. The Sands beach is within minutes as well as other surrounding beaches. You will enjoy this beautifully decorated space. This home is located on one level and is great for couples, business travelers and families. Each spacious bedroom has a 50" Roku TV and the living room boasts a 65" Roku TV with DirecTV. Wifi is included. The master bedroom has a king bed with plenty of storage for clothing and a walk in closet with a luggage rack and clothes hamper. Each bathroom is stocked with toothpaste, mouthwash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and soap for your convenience. There are plenty of towels for your entire stay. There is a sizable dining table that seats four. The home is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, toaster, microwave, can opener, coffee maker, stemware, coffee mugs,cutting board, corkscrew and etc.
The single twin beds are rollaway twin sized beds and are stored in the walk in closets. There is plenty of room to pull the beds into the bedrooms or at least one into the common area.
Also, please note there are outdoor security cams present for the protection of our guests and for our property. No security cams exist inside.
Things to Do
Spanish Moss Trail is a 17.9 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Port Royal, South Carolina that offers scenic views and is good for all skill levels. The trail offers a number of activity options and is best used from April until September.

Sands Beach in Port Royal – 6th Street and Sands Beach Road. Search the sand for sharks teeth. Then climb the observation tower for the view Boat ramp. More for walking and exploring.

Downtown Beaufort –After you visit the Farmer’s Market, stroll down Bay Street and look at all of the shops, then walk through the Waterfront Park or sit and enjoy the view on one of the swings.

Parris Island Museum – Don’t miss a visit to the 10,000 square foot Parris Island Museum located right on Parris Island. The exhibits cover the local history of the area and United States Marine history from its inception to the present day. The museum is open daily from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Saturday. The open early on family day and graduation day 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. They are closed Sundays, New Year’s, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Admission is free.
Port Royal Farmers Market – Naval Heritage Park, Ribaut Road Beaufort, SC 29935. Open Saturday 9:00 am to 12:00 noon year round. Stop by for things like breakfast pizza, fresh honey, kettle corn, fresh pasta or seasonal veggies.
