Fresh and Clean, new paint and floors, Fall 2019! Perfect location just 1 mile to Downtown Historic Beaufort, 5 miles to Parris Island, and 1/4 mile to to waterfront park with pier, boat landing, waterfront Dockside Seafood Restaurant, and The Filling Station waterfront tavern.
First floor features light and bright open living, dining, and kitchen, open front porch, half bath and utility room, back screened porch, and large patio in fenced backyard complete with charcoal grill and outdoor seating. The first floor Carolina room is furnished with 2 twin beds and 2 six foot sleeping sofas, perfect for children or small adults. Second floor features Master suite with king bed and two other bedrooms, one with king and one with two twins, and a second full bathroom. Sleeps 8 adults in beds and 2 children in sleeping sofas as well as 2 air mattresses available.
No better location to enjoy everything the Lowcountry has to offer. Close to Publix, Walmart, Walgreens, many Restaurants, and Taverns. Hunting Island State Park just 20 minutes drive.

Awesome location!
It was so convenient to just walk across the bridge into town! We enjoyed our entire stay! My only complaint would be that the sheets were kind of older and the elastic was stretched out so they didn't stay on the beds too well. Other than that..10 out of 10!

This beautiful house is a great place to stay! It was clean, the property manager was very responsive and it was in a great location for what we needed. We definitely enjoyed our stay and recommend this spot.

This was our 2nd stay here. We love it. It is perfect for friends and family. The location is the BEST! We brought the boat and the landing is just up the street. Also perfect for our dog. We love the back porch and the fenced in yard. Great neighborhood for walking the dog. Super convenient to the bayfront also.

Beaufort is a great destination and close to a lot of the places we wanted to see. Lots of history, great restaurants, and kayaking. There is a beautiful little park almost across the street. Fenced area for our dog.

Beaufort Home that was beautiful.
Property was great but some members of my family said the beds were not comfortable. This was the upstairs bedroom with two single beds. The beds would be fine for children, just not adults. No internet provided, which I thought was strange. The house and property are beautiful.

Loved the location and proximity to Parris Island as well as restaurants and activities. Quiet property except for when the Filling Station restaurant had music. It’s very close and was like we had our own concert going on. Didn’t bother me but worth noting. Bring toilet paper, we were not provided enough for the duration of our stay. Lacking frying pans so if you need them bring them. Other than those details we were pleased.

Absolutely loved the house, no regrets on renting this home for a USMC Graduation
Very great place to stay! Very "at home" vibe. Love that it came with AC, Wi-Fi, a grill and so many extra linens! Very good distance from Parris Island and downtown Beaufort. Overall beautiful home very well taken care of and owners have thought of everything for our stay!

I would have given it a 10 for location!!! We stay in Beaufort at-least once a month because we have family there. This was by far the best place we have stayed in last several years. It was close to everything and our family’s place out at Eddigings Point. We will be back for sure.

We loved this house! It was a short drive to Parris Island. Great restaurants nearby. Convenient to Walgreens, Publix, and other shopping areas. Beds were comfy. Some places in the house are starting to show some age. The rental company was very responsive and helpful. There were 8 in our party.

Beaufort Weekend Getaway
We absolutely loved this adorable house. It is perfectly located to everything we wanted to do. It is a block from the boat landing. The waterfront park is an easy 3/4 mile walk. Conveniently located to Publix, restaurants, parks, etc. We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend. This house is definitely on my list to stay at the next time we go to Beaufort. The only drawback is the downstairs bathroom doesn't have a shower, so the people staying downstairs still need to go upstairs for bathing. But that did not create a problem for us.

Lovely home close to Parris Island
We stayed two nights while visiting Parris Island for our son's Marine Corps graduation. Easy check-in and out. The house was very nice. The rooms were clean and well furnished with plenty of room for all 10 of us. There were plenty of clean linens and towels. We made use of the park (just a few streets down from the house) to stretch our legs after a long car ride. There were quiet neighbors so we could sleep at night. All in all, it's a sweet property. This was our first vrbo rental, and it was a wonderful experience.

Easy check in, place was really nice, clean, big bonus was downstairs Carolina/ sunroom with twin beds. They had everything you would need to have a great Beaufort vacation, Bay Street shopping & restaurants 1 mile over bridge! So convenient, then opposite direction,publix grocery, dollare tree, drug store & more! Only suggestion I would make is to put in a full length mirror, we were all getting ready to go to a family wedding, but no long mirror to make sure we looked good ha! Rent this you will not be disappointed!

Perfect hideaway
This home is just across the bridge from historic Beaufort. The house is exactly as described on VRBO. It was easy to book the property and check in/out was very simple. The house seemed very clean until we were checking under beds and furniture to make sure we didn’t leave anything. There were some items under the bed that didn’t belong to us and dust and dirt. Overall the place was great and we would not hesitate to book it again. It was very close to many restaurants and interesting places but out of the way. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood. The twin beds upstairs are very firm but sleepable.
