On the hills of the village of Arèches, a typical village resort of Beaufortain, we welcome you to this beautiful apartment comfortable and cozy, facing south west of 85m2 for 8 people with 3 bedrooms.
Beautiful contemporary country house, West facing hillside overlooking the Bourg, quiet hamlet bordering a vast meadow, removed from the route your children can play safely outside the chalet.
You benefited from exceptional sunshine and a panoramic view of the valley and the mountains, you will be 5 minutes from services such as shops and ski slopes.
Many walks and hikes, day trips to discover another side of the Alps with the sea ice in Chamonix (1 hour drive), the pleasures of swimming in Lake Annecy, but also many sporting and cultural activated .
The summer, jewels, called by some 'the little French Tyrol' offers an array with one of the most beautiful panorama of Mont Blanc.

magnifique appartement dans un chalet typique
Superbe appartement avec tout le nécessaire ; les équipements sont de qualité (excellente literie) . très belle vue depuis la terrasse ; la localisation est très intéressante pour découvrir la région sur les sentiers de randonnée .Accueil chaleureux de Mireille . Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir .

Séjour en famille avec ma fille et son mari, et leurs 3 filles 19, 13 et 11 ans, mon fils et son fils de 12ans et moi même la mamie 70 ans. Mes enfants ont fait du ski toute la semaine. Le logement est super nous étions 8, on ne sait pas gêner. Je recommande

Bonne base de découverte du Beaufortain
La maison est bien située, belle vue. Le joli village d'Arèches se trouve à 5 min à pied (pour descendre!). Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine (début juillet)

Une super semaine!
Nous sommes restés 1 semaine en février avec grand soleil au début puis grosses chutes de neige. Le logement est très spacieux pour 8 personnes avec une vue imprenable sur le village et les montagnes. Le petit plus : le casier à ski qui n’est autre qu’une pièce en bas du chalet très grande et très pratique ! La station d’Arêches est super pour le hors-piste, et avec de la neige fraiche c’est juste divin ! Le seul petit « bémol » est qu’on a dû prendre la voiture tous les jours pour aller skier car le départ des pistes est loin (et le manque de neige ne nous a pas permis de chercher une solution en hors-piste). Mais le parking est très grand et les « embouteillages » du soir pour passer le centre d’Arêches ne dure vraiment pas longtemps ! Donc finalement ce n’était pas si contraignant.

Superbe appartement dans chalet, au 2ème étage. Très spacieux et joliment meublé. Vue magnifique sur Arèches. Très calme, au fond d'une petite impasse. Place de parking et petit local pour laisser des vélos en Rdc. Seul bémol, l'escalier qui descend au village est un peu raide dans le sens de la montée. Mais possibilité de remonter par un chemin ombragé, en sous-bois. Plus long mais moins dur. Accueil sympathique. Joël

Belle surprise, logement plus spacieux que sur les photos. Appartement bien équipés et bien entretenu. Accueil très agréable. Vue magnifique, proximité du village, accessible à pieds, prévoir toutefois un véhicule pour accéder aux remontées (parking gratuit) notamment avec de jeunes enfants et le matériel de ski. Great apartment and even better hosts
We stayed with Noel and Mireille for 4 days, we had a great time. The apartment is very big, beautiful and well equipped. The view is breathtaking . Mireille and Noel were perfect hosts, they offered great advice and assistance for activities in the area. They made A great effort in order for us to have the perfect vacation. The apartment location is very good, many activities such as hiking bike rides and skiing in the area. We highly recommend their apartment. Thank you very much

SUPER SEJOUR,SUPER GITE
A notre arrivée nous avons eut un accueil très chaleureux et c'est très sympa. Le gite est très agréable très spacieux il est bien adapté pour 8 personnes , il à tout le confort nécessaire pour passer des bonnes vacances ,très propre bien décoré, c'est un endroit que je pourrais recommander . La station est quant à elle très agréable idéale pour la famille et pour faire ses premières glisses. Le village est très sympa il y a tout ce qu'il faut en magasins. Séjour vraiment agréable merci.

Un chalet tres accueillant avec tout le nécessaire et une belle vue sur la station
Chalet très fonctionnel avec une belle vue sur la station. Rapport qualité-prix excellent. La station est accessible a pied ainsi que les pistes meme si pour ces dernières vous risquez de prendre la voiture car la montée du retour a pied peut être un peu difficile (surtout si vous avez des enfants). De toute façon il n'y a pas de problème pour se garer. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants.

A NE PAS MANQUER
Superbe location : très bien équipée (électroménagers, vaisselles, placards etc), très spacieuse, elle offre une vue splendide sur le village. Le chalet est au calme (à l'écart de la route) et est idéalement exposé. Le village est tout prêt, bien pratique pour faire les courses d'appoint et se balader. Le beaufortain est un cadre idéal pour s'adonner à la randonnée : nous en avons bien profité mais il reste tant à voir encore. Nous recommandons vivement cette location où nous avons reçu un super accueil de la part de Mireille et Noël et reviendrons certainement en hiver comme en été.
