My family and friends had a great stay in Beaufort while there for my son's graduation from Marine bootcamp and it was wonderful that we could stay, cook, eat and enjoy time together! Everything was clean and nice!

What a great stay we had. I have rarely if ever seen a vacation home so generously supplied with the necessities. The house was spotless and well taken care of. It is located close to everything which made it very easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and natural surroundings
Much foiliage and nature surround this seasoned older home. It was very clean and met our needs related to space and rooms. A very well stocked pantry with cleaning supplies, tools, tape etc it is a comfortable home for relaxing and sleeping. Only 2 suggestions are to trim bushes and foliage back in front and back as mosquitoes were plentiful and a larger trash receptacle in kitchen.

We came up here from Miami FL. For our sons graduation from boot camp. He is now a United States Marines. We had a great stay at the home. It was very cozy, clean,had everthing We needed . Loved the backyard.

Great property
Our stay was very nice and we had plenty of room there were 3 couples and 2 additional guests. We stayed for 3 nights. I was initially caught off guard because there Is a tenant that lives on the property in the garage apartment. We did not see or hear from the tenant throughout our stay but it did catch us off guard. It felt a little odd initially but we did settle into the property. There were clothes left in the top dresser drawer in the master bedroom. Other than that the home did serve its purpose and we did have a very nice trip. I am pretty good about reading the descriptions in the properties and I don’t remember seeing anything about someone living in the garage apartment which is off the kitchen area. We were in the area for our son’s Marine Graduation so nothing could have ruined our stay, again was just little odd at first as I did not see in the property description that someone lived there.

Nice stay on the Island
Nice House a lot bigger then it looks. Great back yard. They have another unit attached. You may have to share the back yard if it is occupied. Luckily for us it was empty so we have the whole yard. I would be glad to stay again.

Perfect Stay for Marine Graduation
The house was well located, extremely clean, and a wonderful place to stay for our son’s graduation from boot camp. It had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The backyard had a great set up for relaxing and grilling. We went for daily walks in the neighborhood and relaxed in the backyard in the evening. 6 adults stayed here in the bedrooms very well. There was a futon in the living room for more if needed. Highly recommended for Marine graduation.
