Tim who works the desk is very accommodating and personable. The check in was easy and straight forward. The property reminded me of a hunting cabin rather for fishing. It’s really just a bunk house but it has everything you need and they even provide a food saver with a roll of bags and plenty of ziplock bags for anyone taking home their catch. You’re right next to the marina. The only downside is that they are doing construction next door so it’s kind of a mess, but I would imagine they will have that done by summer. For one to two people wanting to visit the area on a budget, this is a great place. You’re just steps from charming downtown Beaufort. I would return. Thanks for being awesome, Tim!
