Lovely Villa
We stayed here for a week touring Provence and The Camargue, the villa is ideally situated within 30-60 minutes of many places like Avignon, Nîmes, Arles, Aigues Mortes and more. We were only two but the villa can accommodate a family. We met the cleaner and the gardener whilst their and neither spoke English so a phone app like Translate on the iPhone is recommended. The owners communicated in both English and French so no issues there. Tip: if you visit the are, try speaking a little French, it’s appreciated by the locals whom for the most part are very friendly. The villa has a nice pool but unfortunately we could not use as rainstorms before and during our stay had dumped a large amount of sand in the pool. With our excursions, we simply did not have time to run the pool’s robot cleaner as much as was needed. Note that no towels are provided by the owners. Tip: due to roadworks, your satnav may not take you to the villa from beaucaire, however if you go to the nearby hyper market, there is an exit at the rear of the carpark that takes you into the best road to reach the villa by car (note a car is a must-have). Overall a lovely villa but could be even better by replacing the linens in the master suite (which my wife had to wash as they did nit feel fresh enough to her - there was also no cover on the qult), providing towels and refreshing tea towels as they were frankly old and worn.

Oase der Möglichkeiten
Das Haus und der Garten mit Pool bieten viele Optionen, um eine herrliche Zeit zu verbringen. Die unmittelbare rund um das Haus ist vielfältig. Die Lage des Hauses ideal für Tagesausflüge zu näheren und etwas entfernteren schönen Städten wie Avignon, Orange oder Arles. Und es gibt keinen schöneren Start in den Tag als ein paar erfrischende Schwimmzügen im Pool. Und wenn es einmal regnet, lohnt sich eine Erkundung des Hauses und den vielen Möglichkeiten, dass dieses zur Unterhaltung und für eine angenehme Zeit bietet.

Séjour agréable dans une belle propriété
Malgré un temps plutôt mitigé pour la saison, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette propriété très agréable. La maison est spacieuse, bien entretenue et très bien fournie avec tous les équipements dont on a besoin (et même bien plus). L‘extérieur est également très bien aménagé avec deux terrasses couvertes, une belle piscine et un jardin bien entretenu. La communication avec le propriétaire était facile et sympathique. Nous n‘hésitons pas à recommander cette maison.

Wat een fantastisch huis
De villa is geweldig, schoon, ruim en compleet. De tuin is als een park, prachtig onderhouden door de aardige tuinman. Ook de ontvangst is zeer aangenaam verlopen. Het huis ligt op 20 km van Arles, Nîmes en Pont du Gard. Een aanrader dit object, prijs/kwaliteit uitzonderlijk goed.

Traumhaftes Haus im Zentrum vieler Sehenswürdigekeiten
Wir haben eine tolle Woche in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus von Marcel Arce verbracht. Die Übergabe des Hauses lief perfekt. Haus und Grundstück sind wunderschön angelegt und bieten sehr viel Platz. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist in allen Belangen sehr umfangreich und bietet auch umfangreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Woche.

Perfekter Urlaub in einem perfekten Haus!
Mit Beginn der Buchung dieses Hauses lief alles perfekt: wir hatten jederzeit eine schnelle und sehr gute Kommunikation mit Herrn Arcé. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes bekamen wir unverzüglich Antworten und Hilfen, auch durch die Verwalterin. Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage - einerseits durch die ruhige Lage, aber auch als strategischer Ausgangspunkt um zahlreiche Attraktionen in der Umgebung in kurzer Fahrtzeit zu besichtigen. Nun zum Mietobjekt. Für uns war ALLES perfekt! Das Haus, der Garten sowie der Pool sind ein Traum. Es mangelt weder an allem, was eine Küche braucht, noch an wohnlich eingerichteten Zimmern. Die Betten haben sehr gute Matratzen, auf denen man herrlich schlafen kann. Alles ist so, wie man es sich auch Zuhause wünscht. Die Sauberkeit ist top! Es ist einfach alles da, was man für die schönste Zeit des Jahres benötigt. Die Gartenanlage ist eine Wohlfühloase. Alles wird intensiv gepflegt und ist auf das Wohl des Gastes ausgerichtet. Man könnte noch so viele andere Dinge nennen, die uns unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm gemacht haben, aber dann würde der Text einfach zu lang. Kurz gesagt, wir haben uns alle wunderbar erholt. Herzlichen Dank an Herrn und Frau Arcé mit ihrem tollen Team.

Une oasis
Quand vous franchissez le portail, le parc autour de la maison vous invite au farniente. Vive les vacances! Palmiers, fleurs chant d oiseaux tous y est! La maison est impeccable, pleins de ballade à faire. Seul regret une semaine c est vraiment trop court! Merci à toutes les personnes qui ont rendu notre séjour si sympa.

Das Haus ist wunderbar. Es ist genau wie beschrieben und wir haben den Urlaub genossen.

Accueil très sympathique de la part de Kathia, la maison est vraiment très spacieuse pour une réunion de famille avec deux petits de deux ans et malgré une météo déplorable nous avons profité pleinement de notre séjour!!! Merci également à Mr Arcé pour avoir toujours pris contact afin que tout se passe au mieux pour nous . Nous recommandons vivement cette location si vous aimez le calme dans un cadre agréable et calme, même si nous n'avons pu profiter de cette belle piscine au mois d'octobre, nous ne manquerons pas de revenir.

Dieses Haus/Villa ist sehr schön, die Gartenanlage sehr geflegt , die Pflanzen wie die Palmen bestechen über ihre Schönheit. Die Inneneinrichtung sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts.... wir haben diesen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns prächtig erholt. Wir kommen wieder.....
