"Good Service Amidst Renovation Challenges We recently stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience due to some unforeseen circumstances, but we still appreciated the efforts of the hotel staff to make our stay as comfortable as possible. "Just come back for Seychelles and stayed couple of night at Thalassa. It was a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and polite and made us feel very welcomed. The rooms were large and spacious and very modern. Very close the beach and they have a grocery store next door as well as a food takeaway place. We had a late flight so they were able to accommodate a late check out for us too. "

"Booked a sea view room only to be told that in “marketing we showcase one room but you might get another”. Left disappointed by black mould in the shower, and perplexed owners who offered no compensation and then called the police on me for complaining and refusing to settle EUR40 in response to this.
