"We had an amazing weekend at John's farmhouse. The old farmhouse has so much character and the antiques were just wonderful. Watching the sunrise every morning come over the mountain was just amazing. If you are looking to get away to a place that's quiet, peaceful and tranquil then you need to stay at John's. The creek runs through the property and is a lovely walk. We will definitely be coming back. "

"Very charming home. Lots of land and privacy to enjoy the outdoors. Even with the snow and ice, we did not have any issues driving up to the house. The ponds were frozen when we were there so we could not fish, but we really enjoyed target shooting and walking through the snowy trails. We saw lots of deer and animal trails:) The owner was very responsive if we had any questions. Stores were close if you need anything. Our family had 3 adults a teenager and a pre-teen. "The property was perfect for us! I love a quirky space, and this renovated church fit the bill. It was located a block away from where our event was, so, perfect. My only issue was with the property management, we decided we wanted to arrive a day earlier if possible. I made the reservation modification request, no response, two days later I sent a message, that response was “we’ll look into it”. Sent another message two days after that, similar response. I could see on the availability calendar...
