"I really LOVE the location. It's not far from Mont-Royal metro station, and it's just steps away from tons of restaurants, shops, bars, etc. The house itself is nice in general. Things could be better though (e.g. better quality beds, more accesible sockets for charging, etc.)."

"I visited Montreal with some friends in early December. TheFrançois-Denis was wonderful. The apartment was very clean and stylish. I was worried it might be chilly but each room had it's own thermostat. We were very cozy and the beds were also extremely comfortable. The location is also amazing. Walkable to anything you would want to do. Have already suggested this place to friends and will stay here in the future! "

"Place was clean and big. Family of six fit easily. Location couldn't be better in Old Montreal with shopping, dining activities all a short walk. Only think is it's in a tough spot to unload on a busy day. Plenty of parking over at the pier (we parked for 2 days at the science museum pier no problem). I would pack light so I would just park and walk everything over. Would definitely stay there again. "

"We were looking for properties with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and this was one of the very few available. The price was reasonable. We stayed for 4 nights. And really enjoyed our stay as everyone got their space comfortably. Access to the property was easy. Property owner was very easy to communicate with and was responsive. "For the price you pay I’d say its great enough. If you are in a budget this is a good place, however do not expect the hotel be nicer like a 4-5star hotel because if you can afford you wouldn't be here. Place seems trying to do the best, facilities are good enough , washroom quite a little work but doable for a 1-2 day trip. "Helpful staff, convenient location, comfy beds and linens, free parking these were the good aspects of the hotel. Grateful to them for a free upgrade from our 2 queen bed to a spacious suite with kitchen. Really enjoyed that! But the wifi connection was very weak and spotty. The rooms are dated. Needs improvement and minor repairs in the rooms. Overall, our stay was pleasant despite the cons."
