the coffee is air-roasted, which helps highlight the origin flavor while unlocking the best of the bean. This is done in house and you get to see it on the tour!

The Roasterie imports only 100 percent Arabica Specialty Grade coffees from
thirty-one different coffee-producing countries.

This company began in 1993, and the plane on top of the building shows off its "air roasting". You can get tours, tastings, or just sit and relax on the deck. It's a lot more chill then any other coffee house, and has great coffee!
