"This property is on a quiet street and our rooms were lovely and clean. The owner is very engaging and caring. I was a bit apprehensive coming to South Africa, but “Lord Flanegan” as I call him made us feel welcome and safe. He is very helpful and generous with his time. Oh and the breakfast. Thx Stewart. "Not up to standards for foreign tourists. The rooms need updating. There was no hot water.to shower. This is not up to standards for foreigners. "

"This was my first time staying at Hillcrest and it was so lovely! The owner and her staff were extremely welcoming, the room was comfortable, breakfast was fantastic. The location is convenience to restaurants, a mall, and the beach. I will definitely be back!"
