"Very good hotel which we enjoyed due to its close proximity to coffee shops and Harvey Nics. Suggest a slightly heavier duvet for the bedroom as we were slightly cool and a bottle of water for the room. "

"Stayed here with 2 friends had the 007 room it was spacious very clean and the beds were very comfortable would definitely stay here again. Was right next to the Wetherspoons pub and 7 mins walk from the Utilita venue "

"It was an overnight stay as we were traveling home. So did not take advantage of gym, pool and restaurant. So cannot give a total review. However, we found the room was adequate but the bathroom could do with an upgrade. "

"Excellent value and I think many coming from overseas might be surprised what a big hearty breakfast you can get included in the price at hotels in the UK, Holiday Inns in particular. Fine rooms, but poor shower pressure. In a roady location at least an 8min walk to the pretty parts of Bath. More suited to driving-centric people and business guests."

"Rooms shabby in parts. Bathroom very dated. We were celebrating an anniversary and special birthday but all we had was writing on a mirror. This was a disappointment. I also thought I left my watch in the room after checkout. I called to find out. Never heard back from them. They could have at least phoned to say they hadn’t located it. Breakfast felt rushed and was buffet whereas before it was al la carte. Don’t feel it’s 5 stars. It so could be with more attention to detail "

"Booked this last minute for our wedding anniversary, I added a message on booking to say as such. When checking in we got a free room upgrade and a two complimentary drinks. Room and bed were large, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. Had robes and slippers(needed as bathroom tiles were cold!) "

"Room was clean tidy and very comfortable. Only problem there was air conditioning unit right outside our window to the right of the room . This was continuously going off and on all night . Kept me awake all night . Disappointed if I’m honest but everything was lovely . "
