The house is 3 stories. It was rebuilt and just finished in November 2016. Ground floor has a concrete floor. It is unfinished. There is a foyer with entrance up to the second floor. Second floor contains a living room, master bedroom with a queen size bed and built- in closet, guest room contains a queen size bed, full bath with bathtub and shower, sunroom with a dining table that seats 9, and beautiful kitchen. On the 3rd floor is a bedroom, loft containing a twin bed and twin with trundle. It also has a full bath with shower. All rooms are cable ready. There are 4 televisions. Outback is a deck off the sunroom door on the 2nd floor. Out the door from the loft, is a balcony. Both deck and balcony have beautiful views of the marina behind the house and the bay so you can sit out there and watch the sunset. On the ground floor is a table with 6 chairs. Other items available are: gas grill, Keurig, toaster, crock pot, pots and pans. I am also supplying 9 beach badges for your use and then to returned for next renter.
Outside shower with attached changing area.
There are absolutely NO pets allowed.

Great house, great location!
The house was very nice and clean, with good amenities. We enjoyed the weekend stay at the house and the neighborhood. We love sitting out on the balcony, overlooking the marina. We will book again if we ever return to the area. Owner was very helpful and responsive.

Great Rental
This was the perfect house for a group of 6, extremely affordable and Frances could not have been more helpful/responsive. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a house in beach haven.

Great weekend getaway at the beach
Lovely home in Beach Haven was very clean and fully stocked. We really enjoyed the sunset views off the back deck. This was the perfect amount of space to enjoy a weekend getaway with friends and family. Having two full bathrooms made everything easier as well. Walking distance to several local attractions and close to the beach too!

I will definitely stay at this home again!!!
This rental was PERFECT for my family! The owner was very tentative and sent me texts of storm warnings while we were there and a tropical storm was coming through! The house was in a perfect location to the beach and stores!!! It was clean and beautiful and very spacious for 7 adults and one child!

We had a fantastic girls weekend at the house! The house was extremely nice and perfect for our group. The owner was extremely responsive to questions and even had beach chairs sent to the house to make sure we had enough! Highly recommend!

Another Fantastic MDW!!
We loved the house and LBI so much last year, that we came back again this year. The house is perfect and Francis could not be a better host! I cannot recommend this place enough, if you're looking for a vacation spot in LBI- then look no further!

Absolutely perfect!
The house was amazing! We arrived on a super hot and humid day and walking through the door to a nice cool home was just perfection. The house was clean, spacious and plenty of beds for sleeping. The deck was nice and it overlooked the bay! Would definitely recommend.

2023 vacation
We had a great time. Property was in a great location. Upstairs bedrooms were perfect for our teen. One suggestion is a full length mirror somewhere. Behind the door perhaps. Everything else was perfect.

Excellent stay
Great location! Plenty of space for 9 people. The sleeping situation was fine for all, especially since there was another bedroom on the third floor with a queen bed, in addition to the loft with 3 twins and a full bathroom, which wasn’t clear in the house description. The amenities were basic but perfect for our needs. My only suggestion would be to add a couple of full length mirrors in the bedrooms, as the only mirrors in the whole house were in the bathrooms and not enough for a large group with teenagers! Overall, wonderful house.

Lots of steps but convenient
Just needed more sleeping space so did not need large living area, just sleeping. Worked perfectly although cost was high. Will use again when we need more sleeping space

A Great Location
The location of the house is wonderful. We could walk everywhere. We enjoyed the beautiful sunset (where our daughter got engaged!) by the bay and the 2 min. walk to beach. The house was overall clean. The beds are not the most comfortable, but by day 2 we did get used to it. It sleeps 9 comfortably. The kitchen is a bit small, but still fine to do light cooking. Communication and booking with Frances is very easy and went smoothly. Overall we had a great experience

Clean House, Amazing Location
A group of girlfriends finally reunited after several years and celebrated a nice weekend in LBI. The check in was super easy using the keypad. The house was so clean and spotless. Not a spec of sand to be found. Such a pleasant surprise. Location was wonderful and it was so enjoyable to sit out on the deck overlooking the water and boats. The owner truly keeps up with this property. Street was so quiet. Walking distance to many restaurants, a Wawa and of course the beach. Would definitely recommend this home to others and if we're back in the area, would love to stay again.

Happy with stay
Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The home was a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to fantasy island and the water park. Neighborhood was quiet. House was mostly clean, my only complaint (a small one) is that the beds had sand and dirt all over them on the top of the mattress protectors. We just brushed them off so not a big deal but that was the only off putting thing about the house. We fit comfortably with 4 adults and 2 kids. I would rent again! Owner was quick to respond when we needed help with internet and very friendly.

Great location and very clean
Location was very convenient and house was very clean and neat. The online description said there was a queen pullout sofa and pool table in the basement, but there was not. Overall, the bedrooms could use more furniture. Only one bedroom had a closet. Aside from two small night stands, there was no place to put your things. One room had no furniture but a bed and TV. All clothes, etc. had to go on the floor. The house had a lot of beach gear that was very convenient and the outdoor shower was great!

Far enough from all the beach noise but close enough to everything.
This place was incredible. Beautiful views for sunset. Great location and seems to be newly renovated. Couldn’t be happier with this place.
