1 peak summer week still available, August 17 to 24 for this summer (2024). Don’t wait to book! We guarantee you a spotless and clean beach house for your summer vacation with your family. The entire house has been cleaned from top to bottom, and we will be adding an extra hour to our check in time, to ensure adequate cleaning is done prior to your check in. Our home is an oceanside 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom raised and completely renovated ranch and is the perfect LBI beach house for you, your family and friends. It is a very short walk, only seven (7) houses to the beach WITHOUT the hassle of having to cross busy Long Beach boulevard. We have central air throughout the house and a Wi-Fi thermostat. Please note that you may set the thermostat to whatever temperature you would like, we do not place any restrictions on our guests as far as how cold they can keep the home. Our house is PET FRIENDLY, so feel free to bring along your pup since we know they are an important part of any family. Our house is Located on a 75’ x 100’ huge lot. We just added a new sitting space in the yard with a 16’ x 16’ paver patio and a beautiful wood pergola. The home features an open concept floor plan is very spacious, modern and well laid out. An open, spacious living room, dining room, sitting area, and a full laundry room with washer and dryer as well as a tasteful brand new kitchen equipped with new stainless steel appliances are the focal points of this beautiful house. Set off to one side is the master suite with a walk-in closet and master bath as well as a king bed. Located down another hallway, perfect for privacy and separation are three guest bedrooms and a full bathroom, including a junior master with a queen bed; and then two more guest bedrooms with twin over full bunk beds. The home is perfect for two families or a large group sleeping up to ten people comfortably. If you can’t find the duplex you were looking for, this is the perfect single family home for you and your family. The over-sized yard is ideal for pets or young ones. The yard is completely fenced in so that your dog can play and run around without any worries. There are two large and spacious decks (one off of the kitchen and the other off the dining room) which add to the outdoor space and are great for dining or just relaxing with a glass of wine or a beer. There is also an outdoor shower and a huge two car garage with nearly unlimited space that is ideal for beach toys of all sizes! Plenty of dining as well as ice cream and local LBI attractions within walking distance (Kubels II, pinky shrimps, Angelina’’s Cucina, skipper dipper ice cream and the custard hut are all within a few blocks of the house. We have 6 bikes and a hilarious 4 person surrey bike for your use and enjoyment. Please do not solely rent our home due to the fact that we offer bikes and a surrey. There are six beach badges as well as 6 beach chairs for use. There is a Samsung HD flat screen in the living room, along with another flat screen in the master. We have Xfinity cable and High speed Wi-Fi. We look forward to having you and making our beach house as enjoyable for you as it is for us. **There will be a $500 refundable security deposit due no later than 30 days prior to Check in. The full deposit will be returned if the house is left in the same condition it is found**

The house is even nicer in person than on the pics, thank the gods, because it rained 4 out of 7 days. Even so, the house is well stocked with everything from a modern kitchen to games, movies and books. On those days when it's not raining, there are plenty of beach chairs and bikes. The house is a short walk to the ocean and bay and well located on LBI for access to shopping, restaurants and activities. The primary bedroom is spacious with an on-suite bath and walk-in closet. The great room furniture is comfortable and sturdy.

This house was amazing. Very clean and very well stocked with all the amenities that are needed. It was great to have bikes, beach chairs, badges, beach cart, etc…. The kitchen had everything needed. Plenty of room for the family and the open concept was fantastic. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dog. Steve and Chelsea were easy to get a hold of. Finally, the location close to the beach was great. It was a short walk. Look forward to staying there again!!

Wonderful Fall Getaway
We had a very nice stay at Steve and Chelsea's beach house. Very clean and very well stocked with all the amenities that are needed for a full week stay. One and a half blocks from the beach made for a nice morning walk. Very pet friendly too given the fenced in yard. Would definitely come back for a summer stay.

Awesome family house!
I stayed in this house with my 3 children, their spouses and grandchildren. The home was comfortable and well-equipped. The kitchen was open to the family room and dining room. It was perfect for family togetherness. The master bedroom was roomy and separate from the other sleeping areas. (Which was nice when babies cried in the night.) The bunk rooms were small but plenty comfortable for little ones and young adults. The home was just a few blocks from the beach and several blocks to fun ice cream shops, dog park and bay park. Nearby parks had concerts in the park and bonfires on the beach. Our favorite thing to do was to ride the surrey “with the fringe on top” to visit nearby family. What an awesome week we had!

Steve was an excellent host and the property was clean and in good shape! The house is close to the beach, and the fenced in yard is great for our 2 dogs. Would recommend the property to friends and stay here again as well!

Good house for family with young kids
House is on the corner of the main boulevard but window AC unit in bedroom facing street helps cut the noise. Central AC in the rest of the house is controlled remotely by landlord and cannot be set below 73 - way too warm - especially for sleeping (doctors recommend temps range from 60-68 degrees for optimal sleep conditions.) Two large bathrooms but they, like all the rooms, lacked good lighting. The drains did not have strainers/stoppers-be careful. House was generally clean and aesthetically pleasing with just enough “beach” decorations to remind you the ocean is only 7 houses away. There was everything you needed in kitchen to prepare food. Plenty of dishes, glasses and cooking utensils but light on eating utensils, useful storage containers, and bowls for mixing/serving. There were books, a few games, and puzzles. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and other toys in garage which we didn’t use (brought own). Yard is fenced in back/side. There is a nice large deck in the back with comfortable furniture and a propane grill. There is a large, functional outdoor shower and hose to rinse feet. There is a smaller balcony in front to catch the sunsets over the bay. Master bedroom is HUGE with palladium windows -be prepared to wake with the sun or wear eye masks! Two smaller bedrooms have bunk beds (twin/full) which fill the rooms. Challenging for older teens or adults to sleep on as they are pushed against wall enclosing them on three sides . They have low head clearance - not possible to sit on to dress or prop up against headboard to read. All the mattresses were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. We never felt crowded in the house as there was plenty of room in the main area and we let the kids use the master bedroom as the “play area”. There is a tv that was easy to use. Even though our rent included a cleaning service we were required to do some heavy cleaning on the way out. such as “clean all surfaces*toilet, shower/tub, sink, mirror”, “sweep and mop floors”,“and “dust all flat surfaces” on the way out. Never rented a place anywhere with these requirements! Overall, the house was clean, in a good location, and had everything you need for a beach vacation. It’s a good house for a large family with young kids. But we probably wouldn’t rent it again. It took way too long to clean up per their specifications on way out and it just didn’t fit our family's needs - both in sleeping accommodations and AC.
