Come relax in this first floor oceanside rental just 6 houses from the beach on a dead end street. Never have to cross a street to get to the life guarded beach. Surfing allowed at this beach. Private surf lessons available by near by Brighton Beach Surf Shop.
Walk to restaurants, grocery store and ice cream.
House completely remodeled inside and out. Granite counters in kitchen with dishwasher. Central air throughout. Covered deck, BBQ grill, outdoor shower, washing machine & dryer. Kitchen has coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave, toaster, all dishes, pots, pans, blender, utensils, etc. It is fully stocked!
50' HD flat screen TV with cable and complimentary Netflix & Hulu. Sleeps 6.

Family reunion

Great Property Steps from the Beach
We just finished our week long stay at LBI, and couldn't have nicer things to say about both the property and the owner. Check-in was seamlesss, the house was clean and modern, and the location was great (a few houses from the beach, half mile from Acme, Skipper Dipper, Pinky's etc). The owner made the process very easy and was available for any questions we had. Great stay!

My friends and I had a great long term stay at this property. The size was perfect for the four of us. Everything was very new and the kitchen was nice. The location was great too as its only steps from the beach and a 1-minute drive from the grocery store. The owners were very helpful and quickly responded to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again.

We immediately felt at home after walking through the door. The house was spotlessly clean and bright. From the outdoor shower to the nicely upgraded kitchen we had everything we needed for a fantastic beach getaway. In less than a minute walk we were on the sand. We hope to return next year!
