Seaside Quarters offers a great "foodies" kitchen, ceramic cookware, a fun and airy enclosed sun porch with dinner seating for 12 at our Amish made plank table, a game room with Foosball and darts, an outside shower, 2 Bluetooth Solar Speakers, a BBQ grill, picnic table, and a large hammock!

Our comfortable, open & airy home also has a dining room for 6, a comfortable living room with a nice flat screen TV & XBox, 4 bedrooms to accommodate everyone, 5 flat screen TVs, and strong WiFi!

Plus, there's a firepit & wood, 6 bikes, 4 fishing poles, plenty of crab traps, beach chairs, bogie boards and more, so you will have a wonderful time staying with us.

We even include bed linens, towels and sheets (Laundered by our professional cleaners), several chaise lounge chairs, some Adirondack chairs, BBQ gas grill and a large double hammock, so you will enjoy both lazy days and enjoyable nights.

We even include a portable crib, booster chair and high chair, so if you have a little one it's very easy for you to come, relax and have a great vacation on LBI!

The Primary bedroom on the second floor offers a king size bed and private sunroom with a trundle bed for 2.

Add 2 additional bedrooms on the first floor each offer a Queen bed and the 4th bedroom, on the second floor has been designed for kids, with 2 sets of twin bunk beds, ideal for 4!

Plus, we have a deluxe Double Air Mattress, so bring the troops! ( NOT counted in our accommodations for 12)

All guest bedrooms have cable / ROKU TVs and WIFI is offered throughout Seaside Quarters.

THE LOCATION

Seaside Quarters is located on the NARROWEST street Ocean to Bay in Surf City, thus an easy walk to the beach!

We are also located in North Surf City, so we’re close to Yellow Fin restaurant, Okie’s Butcher Shop, Anchor Produce, a day spa and other great shops and eateries.

We’re 2 houses off the bay, so fishing, crabbing and picturesque sunsets are the routine. Plus, you can swim, play or launch YOUR paddleboard or kayaks, from the sandy bay beach steps away on 23rd street!

We’re also about a 5 minute walk to the beach, with lifeguards (in season) nearby and Surf City’s only fishing beach next door.

THE HOUSE

Seaside Quarters is a "Classic Style" 4-bedroom beach home, recently redesigned and updated with beautiful hardwood floors, a bright white interior, a powerful Central AC / HVAC system, year-round sun porch, game room and more.

Our first-floor layout includes a well-working kitchen, beautiful wood cabinets, dishwasher, washer & dryer!

There's also a dining room table for 6, a comfortable living room with a comfortable couch and deluxe air mattress, as well as 2 Queen bedrooms, a full bath, and sun porch with an Amish made plank table for 12 and a game room, with Foosball.

The second floor boasts a “kids” bedroom with double bunk beds accommodating 4, a bath with shower and the Primary bedroom with a King-sized bed.

Additionally, the Primary bedroom has a private sun room with a Trundle bed, for 2....which VRBO counts as a 5th bedroom. Go figure!

All 4 bedrooms have flat screen TVs, with the living room having a flat screen, and a Xbox.

Perfect location for family get together
The home is spacious and comfortable. It had all we needed for four sisters and their husbands for a long weekend. Common area for all to convene but privacy as well. We will be back.

Perfect in every way
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved the short walk to sunset and sunrises. The big table on the screened porch was wonderful for family dinners. There was always a gentle breeze in the backyard for hanging together or reading a book. We appreciated the well stocked sheds with bikes, beach chairs and sand toys.

Awesome Beach Weekend
Randy was very communicative and the house had everything we needed for a fun weekend at the beach! Great location and outdoor space as well. Will definitely be looking to stay again on our next trip to LBI!

Great house close to everything.
This house was perfect for us. It’s located just minutes from all things “vacation”: The beach, restaurants, mini golf, etc. Would gladly stay again!

Weekend Stay
We stayed here 2 nights for a family related event and the house met our needs perfectly. Everything in the house worked and was easy to operate. The owner communicated in a very timely basis and instructions with respect to the house were very clear and easy to understand.

Perfect for all
Randy and Anslee were the perfect hosts. Communication was excellent, very responsive. Their Seaside Quarters is the perfect house for a mixed age group. The fooseball table kept my teenage son and friends off their electronics and the cozy living room offered a comfortable place for the adults to sit back with a book. The quarters is well equipped and Randy went out of the way to keep our fur babies safe by installing a temporary fence. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome at the Seaside Quarters. We will definitely go back!

Awesome location and extremely accommodating owner. Even built a temporary fence for the entire backyard prior to our arrival to help us contain our dog!

Surf City 24th St
This house has a great location with easy access to the bay and ocean. We enjoyed walking a few steps to watch the sunsets over the bay in the evenings and crabbing and fishing during the day in the same spot. The ocean was a short, 3 block walk away, very doable. It was also nice to be able to walk to Anchor Market, Okies, and other shops in Surf City. There were plenty of linens for all the beds and the kitchen was well equipped. Overall our family had a wonderful time and I would recommend this house for an LBI beach vacation.

Our family had the chance to stay in the heart of surf city in a great home 2 houses off the bay and maybe 2 blocks from the beach… loved the house, the location and Randy, the home owner was on top of our stay!!!
