"The worst customer service ever. This is a bait and switch place. The checkin- they never sent me the email to check in. Had to go through hotels to get them to set it. Then lugged up the luggage to find out that the code didn’t work. Hit up hotels again to find out that they have the wrong address. Finally went to the next place. Up another three flights. "A very eclectic and very nicely furnished apartment. Host were very helpful, friendly and made every possible effort to make our stay enjoyable. Most helpful for us was host carrying our large suitcase up the stairs to the unit and upon checkout carried the bag downstairs and allowed us to store two bags in the entry area until we could get into our next apartment."

"We ended up giving the apartment a 4 star rating due to two factors. One, the listing stated soap and shampoo provided, but there was no shampoo and only a small bar of soap that looked to be more for washing hands at the sink vs. bathing. Not a huge deal, but if none was to be provided, it would have been nice for the listing to state as such. Two, the check in was OK, perfunctary. We had to wait outside. All in all, nice place. Would recommend."
