"We recently stayed at Sam’s property it was nothing short of amazing. The home met every single need for our family holiday. We have a range of ages and everyone was catered to. We stayed at Sam’s house for 5 nights and I cannot say we needed anything at any point in time. We felt right at home. Laundry facilities, kitchen appliances. The kids loved the swimming pool. "We all had a lovely time. The property really is amazing. All was good apart from we were surprised there wasn't a BBQ (we didn't check before we took our meat up there with us!) and the bedrooms upstairs were very hot (it was 38' while we were there) and the beds in the bunkbed room were not comfortable - but all the others were great. "Very secure yard for dogs, everything we needed was provided. Lovely place, very clean and easy to keep clean with kids/pets. So convenient having a corner store and cafe a couple minutes walk away, and we walked into DFO with the kids a very easy stroll. The running track took me right to the casino complex in just over kilometer or so. Julie gave us timely check in info and was easy to communicate with. Would happily stay again."

"The house was perfect for our Christmas, New Year stay. The location is perfect, as it was an easy walk to Yarraville village and train station. It was a quick train ride into the city or to the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that we needed and the living area was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay again."

It was notionally clean until you look a bit closer…the beds looked like someone slept in them already, furniture was damaged, there’s no table tennis table, the outdoor furniture was filthy, the pool had glass on the paving around it. "We travelled from Bairnsdale to pick up my wifes family from Tullamarine Airport. Less than 10 minutes drive between the property and airport, and close to Westfield Airport West. Clean house, much better than staying in a small motel room. I would definitely book again when we next need to travel to the airport."

"Our stay at Meriton Suites Melbourne was nothing short of outstanding. The one-bedroom luxury suite was easily the nicest hotel accommodation I’ve ever experienced. Everything in the suite was brand new, state-of-the-art, and beautifully modern. The room was impeccably clean and offered stunning views of the city skyline. A special shout-out to JC at the front desk, who checked us in with such warmth and hospitality. She made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived and provided fantastic suggestions for nearby attractions, which really enhanced our trip. The suite itself had every amenity you could possibly need, including a well-equipped small kitchen. However, the washer and dryer were the standout features—an absolute game-changer, especially with detergent thoughtfully provided. The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. The pool was lovely, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and the gym was surprisingly well-equipped for a hotel fitness center. This was a truly outstanding stay—we absolutely did not want to leave. In fact, we felt like we could live here forever! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Melbourne."
