"Good bits Newly refurbished , clean, nice bed, views over the harbour. Bad bits The room wasn’t really set up like a hotel room, no bedside lights , just the major light in the middle of the room. A kettle great , but no cups, or coffee or tea bags The stairs, they were dangerous and uneven , a step 2inches , then one 9inches then 5 inches , try carrying a case up that lot without falling flat on face. "Was there for 10 days toilet bins was never emptied or sheets or towels changed maids never entered our room once while i was there,staff at the pool restaurant took our food order twice and never even bought our order out but still billed us for them "

"Arrived before check in time but reception very helpful and allowed us to use facilities before actual check in time. Very busy and quite noisy around pool area. Staff very helpful and friendly. Personally music around pool too noisy but younger visitors enjoyed Food at bar and breakfast good choice and good quality. Problem with drink choices which had run down and awaiting delivery. Overall enjoyed our short stay"

"Big change , this was a really nice hotel , nice clientele, older and quiet , great service. This year , loud brash , very pushy to buy drinks , eat there , young staff now doing to loud dance , tacky entertainment.., It’s self catering apartments, truly appalling kitchen equipment, asked bar for ice , they said they can’t give ice , no ice machine. They supply one toilet roll .. it’s a 4 star !!! It’s absolutely not , they are so cheap and penny pinching Hotel cleaning staff are amazing "

"The property was in a good location as I was only staying there one night then moving to another property that was very close by for the next week (flight issue). I did book just a couple of days before. When I arrived no one was expecting me. A man working on the road called for someone to meet me at the front. "Booked for a day due to late check out at another hotel. The pool area is very clean and lounger are comfortable, a relaxing area to spend the day. The rooms had all facilities from what I saw but only used to sleep and freshen up before flight"
