"The property was perfect. Close to a grocery store and a few restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well appointed. I especially appreciated the multiple coffee machines. . Highly recommended. "

"We enjoyed our stay! It was conveniently located and the lodging was nice. Staff was very friendly. The only one that was not was the lady with long brown hair at the front desk of the gym/pool area. She was the only one that did not match the vibe as the rest of the staff at the resort. No smile and very direct. It wouldn’t stand out if the rest of the staff was also like that. Outside of her, everyone else was great! The upstairs area was colder than the downstairs area but we dealt with it....

"We stayed for just a night here so we could explore Pagosa Springs for NYE. Very good location and able to walk to all the bars, restaurants and shops. The bed was okay, but overall good place for a quick stay"

"The location of the condo was the best part about it. The condo obviously is not maintenance at all. So many things need fixed or replaced and you can tell it’s just not cared for. The master bed was absolutely awful! Faulty wiring, the fan didn’t work, kitchen had very slim choices for cooking and the customer setvice for the company that owns the rental were less than helpful!"

"The property met all of our needs. It was roomy and had everything we needed in order to have all of our meals in house to save money. My son loved how he could walk out the door and play in the snow. I loved how we could walk a short distance to the lifts. We will definitely stay here again!"

"I have a broken foot, wife is 83 years old and not in good health. Room had lots of stairs to access it... room was nice but it was not a pleasant stay. Manager said not other rooms available without stairs... sad mistake, I should have never stayed there... stairs were not mentioned in the listing.... it was a sorry stay............"
