You are a half block walk from the beach and 3 blocks to where all the incredible restaurants, bars and shops are located! Another BONUS!

Coastal Style Architecture that has been updated. It is so CLEAN and PRECIOUS!

SUPER comfortable MEMORY GEL foam beds with NEW fresh clean linens for some restful night's sleep. We bleach all of our linens, so you know that they are super CLEAN!

Newly installed coastal gray flooring and tons of windows and French doors that allow natural light to flow throughout this wonderful home.

It has all the amenities you need! Stainless steel CLEAN appliances, Cuisinart toaster oven and Cuisinart knife set, brand new Dual pot and pod coffee maker, new modern stoneware dishes, TONS of stainless-steel designer flatware, nice cooking utensils, short and long stem wine glasses, and other drinking glasses-coffee mugs, both for the home and on the go! Along with nonstick pots and pans. It is a wonderfully equipped kitchen for cooking!

Window above kitchen sink with new modern faucet, looks out to the beautiful street with barely any traffic. Just another pretty view this gorgeous house offers!

Flat smart screen TVs in every room. Option to stream if you want through your accounts, but still the benefit of cable. Two large flat screens, one in great room and another large one in master-BTW- The MASTER BEDROOM IS HUGE! Two medium sized flat screens in each of the other bedrooms.

Large outdoor patio table and chairs with umbrella and new gas grill! Fenced in back yard area with detached garage for golf cart or a car. This is also where a brand-new washer and dryer are located.
