"We thought it was a lot of house for the money. Kitchen was well appointed and easy to navigate. House was quirky but we enjoyed it. Especially enjoyed hiking on the nearby trail. Also recommend the cable museum,,and a visit to Brigus. One should also know that Bay Roberts has all the stores etc,,but no downtown section and there is a fairly busy road in front of the house."

"O unique place to stay this property which was a fisherman wharf converted to a cozy home. Ruggedly rustic on the outside however warm ambiance awaits inside. Ample supplies of Soft thick new towels fresh linens lots of pillows will pamper you Amenities of an urban lifestyle in a rural marina setting Clean spacious the owner sure knows the needs of a traveller! "We stayed here last year on Friday night of the Labour day weekend as well. Great place...very quiet, out of the way of the main roads and highways. We have stayed in two different units and both were extremely clean, even clean smelling. Kudos to the housekeeper (we met her last year but I forget her name). The owners are also super nice and friendly. We have two kids, age 4 and 9 and found the place to be very spacious and inviting. Hoping to make this a yearly tradition of staying here Friday...
