We were welcomed with wonderful treats and everything we needed was available. You’ll be spoilt staying here. There are great cafes nearby and if you want somewhere quiet and idyllic then you won’t be disappointed. Looking forward to staying here again in the future. "

"Slight problem with internet dropping out but it was fixed as soon as it was brought to owners attention. main light bulb in bedroom OOO, gas stove seemed to need attention on one hob kept sparking after it was lit. Overall fantastic few days there, Thanks. "

"My partner, me and our two dogs had a lovely weekend up here. Beautiful place to stay at lovely fenced area for your dogs. Beach so close. Was supper easy to communicate with the property manager and got a very fast response for a question I had. Would definitely recommend to stay there to anyone who is travelling to Whakatāne."

"Pleasantly surprised at the size of the studio. Loved the view of the mount. Meticulously clean and had everything we needed. Very comfortable king size bed with plenty of pillows. The building is well looked after and smelled so clean, even the rubbish room! Added bonus is the underground parking spot. Had a three relaxing night stay and hope to return. . "

"Really loved our stay here, the view and the sounds of the waves. We really needed this. Hosts were lovely and accomodating. Only thing was, the listing said it was a 2 bedroom, but it’s a one bedroom and the other beds are in the same room as the kitchen, which made it a bit tricky with a 5 yr old and a 5 month old. But we made it work 😊"

"Really good location, clean and tidy property, in an apartment complex so just be aware it’s not the quietest, we had a party 2 doors down and one of the bedrooms is right on the walkway so noisy with people walking past."
