"Hotel is very modern and pleasing to the eye. Front desk representatives were all very kind, friendly and willing to go out of their way; especially Steve. We visited in January and the main room was extremely cold. The heating unit wasn't working. However, we only reported this upon checkout since we didn't want to have to deal with it. Also, explained during checkout to add a light in the 2nd bathroom above mirror along with a shelf, and a full length mirror somewhere in the hotel room, along with mirrors in the bedroom. The complimentary cocktail is extra special and very much appreciated. The lobby area is very impressive and has a great feel! Beach is close by and a few minute walk. The Wine Loft is a very nice wine bar to visit."
