Great Time.
Really nice house. Kinda hard to get to, but overall we had a blast. We go on a fishing trip every year for Father’s Day to Sargent and it was the nicest house we’ve stayed in. We Caught some fish (no keepers), my daughter enjoyed the crab traps a lot. We would definitely would stay again.

Nice house on the intercoastal channel
A nice house with plenty of space on the inside. The dock was very nice, a great size for fishing. We caught plenty of fish including redfish, black drum, flounders, sting rays, and even a small shark. It was definitely worth the trip, and I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place on the channel in Sargent.

Quick getaway
The house was spotless. We enjoyed fishing off of the dock. The hot tub was nice and warm when we got there. Home has a nice kitchen with under mounted sink. Will definitely book again.

Will be booking again. Lights on pier are great, it just be nice to have a bench on the pier. Grass was a bit high walking to the pier, just scared of snakes in the area. At first we had trouble locating the key box and then the key would not work, it acted like it had a broken key in it, I was able to lubricate the key with some oil off the engine dipstick, later bought some oil to spray into the lock. The door was white but the area around the door handle and locks were black with filth. The cleaning crew was there early at 10:30 and claimed checkout was at 10:00. Told them about the problems that we had and that I didn't get a chance to clean the door and still needed lubricating on the lock bolt. The page with the rules of the house had a phone number to call if there were any problems, which I called and he told me he was no longer the owner. So that phone number needs to be updated. Like I stated earlier, will book again just had a few problems that I'm sure will be taken care of before our next visit.

The house and location are awesome!! The fishing pier is very nice and lit up with some very good fishing!! The house is very nice and comfortable, love the big porch overlooking the ICW and the Beach and it catches the seabreeze nicely!! Will definitely be staying again!!!

Great Fishing and Gorgeous Views!
This property looked just as good as the photos online if not better. The views while cooking in the kitchen or eating at the dining table were just so mesmerizing. We love being near the water, lake or ocean, so this house was awesome. The ramp was a bit steep, not ADA compliant but still enjoyed taking it over the stairs. The fishing was great! My fiance and our kiddos caught lots of craps, flounder, black drum, small sharks etc. The AC worked amazing! The only bad part of the trip was having to go home lol

The house was a nice place to fish and watch the barges. We caught flounder, blue crab, and a couple of big black drum. The green fishing lights were awesome! Quick and easy access to the beach to let our little ones play. Host was very responsive to questions and had very reasonable rules and expectations. Would definitely recommend!

Great memories
We had an amazing family vacation at this property. The men loved the fishing and stayed up all night to catch the tide change. I guess the secret bait is LIVE shrimp!! We liked that the beach was a quick drive away and wasn't a huge hassle getting there, and it was very secluded. Watch at for tar, though. This place turned our 5 year old into a little fisherman! The neighbors seemed nice as we were comparing the fish we caught. The house was nice and very clean. The only thing was the squeaky beds, so you couldn't sneak in and out of bed very easily. We had a great time, and we'd love to return.

My family had a great trip to this house. Its wide enough that when hanging out on the ground level you always have shade and a breeze, which was awesome. The fishing was good and the two green lights worked well. We will be back!

Excellent Home on Intracoastal Waterway
We had a wonderful vacation fishing and spending time together in this house. It is clearly well maintained and cared for. Everything we wanted it had; green fishing lights, washer and dryer, spacious deck, crab trap, three beds and two baths, etc. The house rules are reasonable and there were plenty of kitchen pots and pans. Only two things that we noticed that we thought we should mention: 1. I don’t think the ramp is truly an ADA handicap ramp, and it is steeper than what we expected from the pictures. Maybe it was wishful thinking? My father in law has had a hip replacement, and the ramp (and the stairs too) were a little difficult and painful for him. I don’t think we were intentionally misled, we just misjudged the pictures of the ramp. 2. The beds were a little hard. I think an egg carton mattress pad would make a world of difference here! But that could also be that you don’t realize how much you miss your Sleep Number until it isn’t there. Haha! We definitely slept though! Even with those two things, it’s still a 5 star rental for us, and we would come back to it in a heartbeat!
