Cute house on Saginaw Bay with hot tub on private beach.

This two bedroom house is conveniently located on Saginaw Bay's Aplin beach. The home sleeps 7 comfortably (1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and a day bed. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room). A beautiful view of the bay can be seen from the living room that leads to the deck which includes a new 7 person hot tub. There is a lawn for outdoor games that joins your private beach. You can access the ice in Winter months via the beach. Most of our guests choose to leave their snow machines and ice shanties parked on the beach during their stay. An open concept dining area, living room and kitchen offers space for family and friends to gather. Create your own meals in the well stocked kitchen. A washer and dryer will allow guests to do laundry as needed. We provide bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, soap (laundry, hand, and dish), paper products and Wi-Fi. This home offers all the comforts of home while you're on vacation.

Anniversary getaway
This place was perfect for a short getaway. The bed was comfy, the hot tub was great. Very close to restaurants and downtown. We would stay here again.

This was an awesome little house, with an amazing view. Despite the cool rainy/windy weather, we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and games.

We had a great stay. The place was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Our one year old daughter loved the beach, it made it very convenient having the beach right out back. The hot tub was great in the evenings. We would definitely go back!

Had a great time staying at this great beach house. This was a much needed girls weekend and we were extremely happy with the house. Fully stocked, clean, comfortable beds and lovely neighbors. The weather was good and the hot tub was great. Great location, great restaurants and we made it to Frankenmuth, we really enjoyed ourselves. We’ll be back!

Beautiful time
We only could only stay for a couple of days, but it was extremely relaxing. We spent the whole time sitting outside on the deck, watching the sailboats go by.

Can't wait to go back. We had amazing weather and enjoyed the sunshine on the beach and swimming. The place was very clean, fully stocked with everything. They really thought of everything. Beautiful hot tub. All of the neighbours were friendly and welcoming. Close drive to Bay City to enjoy a nice dinner outside.

We rented the house for a girls weekend. It was very clean, well stocked, check in and out was easy. The location right on the water was beautiful, especially for enjoying the sunrise. The hot tub was a nice bonus. We would definitely rent again.

Perfect Vacation
The house was clean & had everything that we needed to have a wonderful trip! The water was beautiful even in the winter. We soaked up the hot tub as much as we were able to.
