"The apartment was roomy, comfortable, modern and supplied with ample kitchen utensils. Good location. Parking limited. No concierge; non-contact registering leaves you without anyone to offer immediate assistance. Malfunctioning RFID (electronic) keypad locked us out of our apartment on our last night and left us sleeping on the hallway floor with no bathroom facilities available; calls to SEEGER emergency assistance proved useless. Expedia was of no help. Wouldn't risk a repeat."

"Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

"Empfang freundlich, hilfsbereit. Wohnung war sehr einfach, uns fehlte die Küche um uns wirklich wohlzufühlen. Warmes Wasser hatten wir nur in der Dusche, zum Abwaschen Wasser im Kocher erwärmt. Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön aber für uns nicht geeignet weil etwas eingeschränkt im Laufen. Sehr viele Treppen zur Ferienwohnung bzw eine steile Straße hoch. Parkmöglichkeit direkt an der steilen Straße. Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut an die Straßenbahn(5 Minuten hin, 10 zurück s.o.)"

"Die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses ist sehr geräumig. Das Schlafzimmer ist groß, die Betten sind wirklich Spitze!! Verdunklung nur per Rollo, und die funktionieren nicht mehr richtig. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, und sogar noch Einiges mehr. Kleiner Tisch zum Essen. On the negative side the apartment felt bare and uninviting in the style of a student residence, and had some functional issues, e.g. broken light bulb, dripping bathroom taps, low quality bed. "This was our first stop on a trip all around Germany and was the perfect place to stay as we explored the Black Forest region. Thomas, our host, was very helpful in answering questions as we prepared for our trip even before arrival. The home was beautiful, clean and the perfect size for us.
