"Hamid gave me a warm welcome to an exquisite oasis tucked off a typical Gili Air 'dusty lane' only 12 minutes walk from the harbour. Archipel is a discrete wonder of colour, comfort, mature greenery and with an elegant pool. The rooms are natural, comfortable, modern and inviting. Each has a beautiful recessed terrace, to which breakfast is delivered. Charming and enchanting in all ways."

"The place is really beautiful. The receptionist was very sweet person. She arranged snorkelling tour, laundry, transport at a very cheap rate. She also gave us little turtle souvenirs. The place is deep inside the island 2km from the port, so it's better to take a horse carriage. The area is a little quiet and dark at the night, so i suggest you to take a torch with you. The pool is very salty, but if you wanna chill by the pool there's a lot of areas. The canteen inside is decent."
