"As a RGV native who has been away for over 20 years, coming back with my own family to carry out my mom's wishes in SPI, I was so relieved to find such a wonderful property that provided myself and family with peaceful vibes. Exceptionally clean with all that you need was provided! Coffee every morning in the back yard or upper bedroom deck was sublime. Enjoyed watching the cranes, ducks, pelicans, seagulls and more start their morning routines; ending our evenings with eats from a local seafood spot, watching all that nature has to offer - supplying us an inner peace. On our last day of our stay, during evening hours we had the privilege to watch the dolphins swim north. This trip was heavy for our family, but this property made it peaceful for us. Thank you so much to the Property Owner for the open line of communication and sharing such a haven for us! We will without a doubt be back and this will be our property of choice each time!"

"We came to Brownsville for a family wedding. Jose was a phenomenal host. He was attentive and handled my multiple last minute requests promptly and with ease. We arrived early and were able to get an early check-in. Access to the house was simple. They even had snacks, a QR code for the WiFi with all of the house information. We were having our extended family join us so we could have a shared space. The house perfectly accommodated 9 adults getting ready for a formal event.The bathrooms offer little counter space but the large mirrors on the dressers were perfect for 5 women to fix hair and put on makeup. The ONLY thing that would have made it better would have been washcloths but that is so minor. The beds were comfortable and the living and dining rooms were spacious enough for everyone to be together. My cousin lost her dog sitter last minute and wasn’t going to come for the wedding. We were able to add on a pet fee and have her bring the dog so she could still attend. I have never had to ask for so many last minute accommodations but Jose made me feel like it was no big deal. The outdoor space was phenomenal. We were disappointed we didn’t have enough time for grilling and the pool. We will make sure to book with Jose again on our next visit. "
