"Very thoughtfully restored old Villa just minutes from Cortona . The house and grounds are exactly as pictured. The very private road that leads there is a bit rough and seems very remote at first but after you venture out once you see that every convenience is minuets away and beautiful Cortona as well. A car is a good idea if you plan to go around Tuscany. 2 trains in town go everywhere but it helps to get to train and town with a car. The host is very responsive and hands on."

"Es ist das letzte Haus an der Straße in dem kleinen Ort, also kein Verkehr, nur Ruhe😌. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich👍. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns sehr gute Empfehlungen von sehenswerten in der Nähe geschickt, welche perfekt auf uns gepasst haben. It was exactly as described and we loved the location. Only downside is parking. If you have a car, you will be lugging your luggage uphill for a good ways from the parking area. "

"Federica and Giuseppe were wonderful hosts - great communication throughout the stay and always available. The house was immaculate and well presented. "Villa was the perfect place. Marco our host was very attentive and helpful. Space for all 27 to relax and have fun from ages 3 to 76. Food by private chef delicious. Pool great size and vey clean. Loved hiking around the grounds. Good location for all family members to make daily excursions. Wine tasting and tour excellent. Accommodations were wonderful…we were there at the hottest time so Marco help with an in room AC and many fans for the third floor. It all worked out."

The hot water has challenges but once I messaged them, they were over in minutes to help. If you have a rental car, this could not be more perfect as the parking is adjacent to the home. "We stayed in this beautiful villa for days- it was peaceful and perfect for a group. We were on iur 30th wedding anniversary trip which included a few weeks in Italy. This villa worked for our large group of family and friends. Nicola was informative and kept in contact with us making sure our stay was good. We took advantage of Lorenzo and his wine tour and dinner services- it was an amazing experience."
