"Comfortable hotel outside of the city. Excellent service from all staff. Lovely room with lake view - prepare yourself for mozzies though. Room had spray and the zapping tennis bat. Shower was either hot or hotter. Don’t rely of the Grab App for Tuk Tuk. We found they often didn’t want to come that far out. The reception will organise for you though. Nice pool area. Good food selection for lunch and dinner at a reasonable price. Wish we could have stayed an extra day to relax on our hammock. "

"Large room, quiet, very comfortable bed (mattress on the floor). Unfortunately it was let down by the bathroom, which got completely wet due to the open shower and the shiny floor tiles then got very slippery. Quiet pool and small garden area, pretty enough to be used by a wedding couple for their photos during our stay. Not much in the immediate area in terms of food options but we discovered Cafe Eden on the other side of the river, an easy walk for good food. "

"It is a little oasis in the middle of the city. Small hotel with lots of greenery and very private rooms. Everything was very clean and maintained daily. Excellent staff, good breakfast. Overall an excellent hotel to relax in while visiting central Battambang. Loved it"

"This hotel was perfect for us as a family with connecting rooms. Both bedrooms were huge and traditional style but clean. The bathrooms just need a bit of maintenance (one toilet lid broken off plus shampoo and shower gel containers missing from wall etc) The pool is brilliant, kids loved it - small inner walled shallow area for little ones too. Very clean. Reception/service is basic and i would go into Battambang (reception called us a tuk-tuk, guy named Jacky Chan! He was great so ask for him)...

"As I walked in I was struck by how filthy the pool was. You couldn't see the first step it was so mirky. There were no lights around the pool and the reception was a muddle. The receptionist slept on the sofa and was reluctant to help. Breakfast on the first morning took 40 minutes to arrive from somewhere else and was inedible. The place has so much potential but it needs to be cleaner and they need to learn to cook"

"Okay hotel with great location - stayed for two nights. The staff does not speak English, but they do their best. Hotel is near several great places to eat. We did not have breakfast there - we went to Cafe HOC, $3 excellent buffet, just around the corner from the hotel."

"An ordinary hotel in Battambang- very hard uncomfortable bed, room didn’t overlook a pool- shower room had water, we didn’t get any hot water, curtains were ineffective. Interesting lock (padlock) for the room, We ordered some room service- this was ok. Seemed a nice family running the place but it’s more of a guest house feel."
