The sheets had white stains on them, there was no soaps in the bathroom, the sink knob was broken, hair was in the bed, floors were sticky, hand prints on the wall, smelled like an old cigarette, and it was people knocking on the walls all hours of the night

I chose this property out of distance to the airport not for amenities or anything else. I should have stayed farther away. Entering the hotel room i was nearly knocked over by the stale smell of cigarettes. Upon further inspection the shower appeared to not have been cleaned and the floor hadnt been mopped. As i pulled down the sheets, i discovered they were either dirty or simply stained. The base sheet was utterly thread bare and the mattress felt like it was older than the building. If this were an unflagged hotel I would be less surprised, but this is a Sonesta flagged hotel.

The shower was cold!! And the hair dryer was melted. I couldnt lock the security deadbolt because the door is messed up. Plus i got locked out of my room when i went to get breakfast. They sent me back and forth 3 times with the same key and then had to try 3 different keys before I could get back in. It was so frustrating!

Please stop! Stop! This is the most disgusting hotel in America. I see more gifts check and check out then actually check in unfortunately for me. I booked a six night day. It was refused to refund from hotel or Expedia. The carpet in the hallway had dead roach and trash for days. It was so bad I check out early because the bed was making me itch. While checking out, a family was leaving after going to their room and finding no toilet in the room.
