"Centrally Located within old town’s pedestrian zone, the apartment is modern and well equipped. The reception is some 10-min-walk away at the holiday rental company outside the old town. The reception‘s parking lot also serves as off-site parking and E-buggy shuttle service from parking lot to apartment is included. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone seeking accommodation in Rovinj old town."

"Loved our stay at the hotel. Service was excellent. Clean, modern room. It is within walking distance to restaurants and the Old Town. Convenient parking. We had a GPS in the car to help find the hotel. Not easy to find street names. Check in and out is not at the hotel so make sure you are able to call Avora management at their number. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. 😊"

"We had a wonderful time in Kottli. The houses are charming and well maintained. I did read a review before we went there complaining about the cleanliness of the property, but whoever wrote that probably doesn't live in the countryside. We found it perfectly clean for a rural property and Sanja who looks after the property was very nice and friendly. Great place to stay if you don't want to be in the tourist hot spots! "

"Located in the city centre, this made for easy access to the unique features of this old city. Parking was available just outside the city centre walls which required a 10 minute walk to/from the apt. It was not difficult but may not suit others. Apt was cosy, clean and of good value. "The apartment was over three floors with steep steps (not good for anyone with mobility issues) in an old building. The place is full of character and worldly charm however it is, by definition really, quite old feeling. The bathroom consisted of an enclosed shower that was tiny (anyone of a larger build simply wouldn't be able to use it so be warned!) but otherwise we had a lovely stay"
