"Beautiful property, very well decorated and surrounded by nature. It is a little far from main road in Mirissa but honestly that was a plus, they offer a free tuk tuk to/from main road and I much prefer the quietness and secluded area where the DCanal is located. Very good breakfast, super friendly staff and a very authentic experience. Loved everything about it!"

Breakfast was good, dinner was good, grounds and pool area very well kept. The superior room was spacious, clean, and loved our balcony. Stayed for 2 nights, ate our meals there, lounged poolside for the day, and just had a fantastic leisurely time, which is all we had on our itinerary for Weligama! Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again!"

"I loved the location which was on the beach and it was a great view to see surfers surfing. Loved the food and the music wasn't too loud. I can't remember the name of the gentlemen staff but he spoke good English and was Sri Lankan who used to work in the middle east. He really really made us feel welcome and comfortable. Taking the extra trouble to make guests feel welcome. If you had the pleasure to meet him during your stay, he will surely look after you. The room was beautiful and spacious & great value for money."
