Due to all the diversions and road closures, it took us over 2 hours to get to the property from University of Bath. We called the Hotel a couple of times to get directions and they were very helpful. The young lady that checked us in was very polite and friendly.

We stayed on dates that the pub/restruant were closed (sun evening to weds), but a few other businesses in the area were also closed these days. Looks a nice little pub. Check in and out easy. Room lovely, bed comfy. Excellent for what we wanted

We had an overnight stay here as we were attending a friends birthday party nearby. A very pleasant pub in a quiet area. Good onsite parking . Staff were welcoming and helpful in assisting sourcing a local taxi service for us . Our room was spacious and comfortable .there was a very comprehensive info folder in the room.which had lots of info on local areas walks and local farm shops , one of which we headed to for brunch the next day and it was great.. Thoroughly recommend the Rose & Crown
