The room was perfect for 2 people, clean, and Rick was very communicative about check-in.check-out etc. This location is a mile from South Peak and walking distance to some of Lincoln's restaurants. "This property was in a great location for our fall road trip. The restaurants were great as was the ability to walk to other shops. The only thing preventing a 5-star rating was noise - the walls are very thin and you could easily hear neighboring guests talking in their room, so if you are a light sleeper, be sure to bring ear plugs. The room was very clean and nicely appointed for two people. Anymore than that would be a tight fit."
